Alessandro Palmieri is Lead Dam Specialist in the Quality Assurance and Compliance Unit of the Environmentally and Socially Sustainable Development Vice Presidency at the World Bank. Salman Salman is Lead Counsel in the Environmentally and Socially Sustainable Development and International Law Group of the World Bank's Legal Vice Presidency and has published extensively in the area of water law.
